Jean-Marie Salmacis
Jean-Marie is the Founder of Sebolin Consulting, a reputable Recruitment Agency that connects successful businesses with the best talents.
His clients include several leaders in the retail, construction and chemical industries to name a few.
Before founding and devoting his work full time to Sebolin Consulting, Jean-Marie has over 15 years experience as a Credit Manager practicing in various Industries such as Healthcare, Telecoms and Facilities Management.
Lee Duckworth
An award winning Leader with over 20 years experience within blue chip companies (mainly within Shared Service Centre environments) Lee has attained huge knowledge of transactional processing roles and Six Sigma project management experience.
Drawing on experience within GE, Bupa, Sodexo, Freightliner and others, Lee is passionate about people and their development which makes the transition from SSC culture to ensuring the right candidates reach the right roles, an easy one.
